There is something you probably did not understand.
here, we are a post-for-hosting host. When you post on our forum, you earn credits. These credits sustain hosting your site. Each day costs one credit.
Simply post on the forum, and watch the credits in your account.
As soon as you have enough credits, you cant apply for hosting.
Until now you posted nothing, so you have no credits, so you cannot apply yet.
