metauphoria, you need to have at least 10 credits before filling the new account request form.
Astahost is a post-for hosting server : when you post on our forum, you earn credits. When you have 10 credits you can ask for hosting. Hosting costs one credit per day.
You can see your current amount of credits on the astahost main page, in the yellow box below the words "Free web hosting".
Currently you posted nothing in our forum, that's why you have no credits, so you cannot apply for hosting.
That's why I refuse your request today.
Do not hesitate to fill up a new hosting account request form again, as soon as your credits are above 10.
