I guess you did not fully realize how it works here.
Astahost is a post-for-hosting webserver. You post on our forum, and you obtain credits. These credits give you access to hosting.
Have a look at your hosting credits (on the main page of the forum, in the yellowish box).
As soon you have enough credits, you may apply for hosting.
You do not have enough credits, so you cannot apply right now. That's why I cannot accept your hosting request.
Please fill up a new account request form as soon as you have enough credits.
