There are many different domain services, that supply domains for free. Dot tk for example give you a .tk web domain for free. Though there is lots of advertisments on it.
An even better domain for free site is .de.vu This is a german site, though if you understand a little bit of german, you can get yourself through to getting a free .de.vu domain with no advertisment at alll?!!! Oh yea this is good. remember you need to become member and give them your email etc. So in the end a real .com domain for 50 cent or even less is really cheap and more efective. I believe you can get your own domain name for free at http://www.hostbidder.com/ I got mine there after making 1000 points worth of posts. The post system is a bit like Astahost’s except that it’s more about post count rather than post length. (However, only posts over a certain amount of words are counted.) It’s a pretty good service, and the domains last for a year. After the initial year, I believe you can post another 1000 points worth of posts and get it renewed. =)

I have searched high and low for free domain offers but all I get is free sub domain. I had thought that free domain didn't exist. I should try hostbidder soon! P.S. I am not spamming.. just increasing my count for now.. for hosting

.de.vu is a sub domain and is not very memorable!

Eh ppl, dunno about you but i not thet poor to not be capabile to pay 10$/year for a .com/.org domain
 Still, hosting is a bigger problem.Anyhow, there was a site over the internet wich giveup free domains with .com endings but it would have a small ADS on top of your site. Eh, where did i put it .. oh, here it is: http://domain-4free.com/ |
