Instead of checking my astahost webmail, is there a way to forward my emails to my existing email account? For example, my default email address is doudou@doudou.astahost.com and I would like to receive it through my gmail or yahoo since I will check it more frequently. How do I do this? Note, this is not the same as setting up a forward/alias email, I know how to do that.

Thanks

If you look at the gmail FAQ at gmail site, it's said that you cannot redirect another mail to gmail. You can only setup your gmail settings so that the mail you send from gmail is seen with doudou@doudou.astahost.com as sender name.

Then what is the Modify Mail Exchanger Option on Email Mangement? Does that have something to do with receiving mail in another email?

I think there is an option as soon as you login to the webmail down the bottom, forward emails.
I'm not sure if this is what you wanted but judging by your post it should help.

Does anyone know how to forward your Gmail to another account? I want my Gmail forwarded to my Astahost email account. I like the space in Gmail and everything, but I can't check it at school (stupid N2H2 proxy...)

If anyone can help, I need to do this soon!

Please PM me if you would like to help personally. I have a job for a trustworthy soul... haha.
