Okay, I'm having this weird problem.
I had a subdomain http://jovolka.wutske.astahost.com which redericts to http://wutske.astahost.com/jovolka. A while ago it started redericting my to the 'account suspended' page and today I went to check it out again and it still does so .

The strange thing is that I can access my root, folders in my root, except the 'jovolka' folder, it keeps redirecting me to the suspended page.

I checked out cpanel and guess what, it had changed my subdomainredirection to the suspended page and there was an entry that redirected '.*' to the suspended page. The first one was easily fixed, but the second one wasn't removeable. So I decided to remove my subdomain (jovolka.wutske.astahost.com) hoping this would fix the problem but I still can't access http://wutske.astahost.com/jovolka (the '.*' -> suspension page entry is gone)

I just had the magnificent idea to remove the .htaccess file from the /jovolka folder . Everything is fine now, you may close this one.
