I gotta go with the attachment mod. So handy.
Let's not forget EasyMod installer. Although not perfect, it has made installing mods so much faster and easier. |

EasyMod... the only mod that it can install correctly is the spell checking mod. I tried the cashmod on it and it ended up just screwing up my web board! which isn't a fun thing at all.
I've had really bad luck with all the mods. Ever since cashmod I haven't installed anything really. |

i'm not sure whether this is off-topic or not, but i don't use phpbb, i use invision board and my favourite mods for it are Shadow Arcade and IBShop

im much into games so my vote goes to set of Zaraths Mods

Zarath's shop mod + Cash mod is way too cool..you could set users to buy avatars, signature, rank priviliges, username change, text glows etc... based on the points they gained. Didnt encounter problems installing this two (on phpbb 2.10). Zarath is a great modder. I have look at the Phpbb hacks website and most of the ones I like including the Shop Mod and the Lottery mod is made by him. Those things must have taken a long time for him to make. I wish I had that kind of capabilities.
