i was wondering if this were the intended function of the faqs section, or if a username is faqs, and somehow that section of the forum redirects there...

just a question as it appears to be the default page for new sites when clicked...

It goes to the cpanel page, not the page you get when you first get your hosting.

The sub-domain is set incorrectly at the server side. The page you're seeing is a default page. I will forward this to OpaQue and should be resolved the next time he logs in.
