 Cpanel Link Error?, help me with this please |

Hello!
I recently discovered that I can't access my Cpanel account via http://finaldesign.astahost.com/cpanel It works only via http://finaldesign.astahost.com:2082/ when i go with /cpanel I get following error code instead of standard login/pass popup window: CODE Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@finaldesign.astahost.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Apache/1.3.33 Server at www.finaldesign.astahost.com Port 80 |

So you can be sure that you're not the only one to have this problem. Since this HDD failure the server's behaviour is really strange  Let's hope the admins will fix all this as soon as possible...

Hey, I was just coming to post a board similar to yours when I spotted, well, yours!
I'm having the same problems as the both of you, and i am wondering how long this has been going on because I have not been on astahost for about 3 days now. I haven't been home but I thought with 18 days worth of post I could leave for a little bit.  I just got the main picture for my website too. Darn it! I would just like to comment on your site finaldesign, I like it. I think it's pretty, and simple.  And just to ask you a quick question since we are all currently cpanel-less, is php or css easier? I know, off topic, but since you're here . . .

First, I haven't had any trouble with the cPanel today. There was a hardware problem a few days ago but it has been resolved. Second, if you need to upload something, you can use ftp.
Third, you are right it is off topic but to answer anyhow, they are not related. PHP is a scripting language (best description) and CSS is a method of creating styling for web sites like font color and backrounds. vujsa |
