This is the first time i logged into the cpanel on my site, and it give me an error. Error!! Missing WHM Remote Access Key. I am not an expert at how this all works and i am wondering if this is a big problem or no big deal.

Well it isn't happening with my account so I am guessing that it is probably some configuration error with your account, or that the problem has already been solved.

What I would suggest, first try accessing it again, see if the same thing happens, if it doesn't, then the problem has been solved and you don't have to do anything.

If it is still occurring, then send a support e-mail to: support @ astahost.com

Just be sure to include:

a description of your problem

your forum profile link, which is: http://www.astahost.com/view-member-profile-m22288.html

Your website

Your cpanel username

Your cpanel password

well no it isnt its been happening alot to newer users even when i finally got hosted about 2 weeks ago i had the same issue it is nothing to be worried about it is the Administrators problem.

Ok good, lol i didn't want to just get hosted and find out theirs a problem already. So far i love the hosting its great. Thanks for helping cant wait to learn all the features ( never been on a free host with this many features ). If i need help again ill make sure to ask

I never had this problem (must have been from a recent change), as I have been here for quite awhile.

If it hasn't been resolved yet, trying PM'ing/emailing one of the moderators or administrators here just to let them know what's going on, in case they aren't aware .

Yes chesso it must be i got my account in June and it happened to me i just ignored it and entered my details but its definantly nothing to be worried about.
