I just got an Astahost account and did everything it said I should do. I then went to the homepage of my new site and saw the page saying that my account had been created successfully and instructions on how to reach the cPanel. But when I tryed to go to the cPanel, it comes up with a "Page cannot be displayed" message. I don't know why I cannot reach my cPanel since my site is up!

BTW my site's link is: http://unplugged.astahost.com/

Thanks,

.Solitude

Doesn't seem to have any problems when i tried your cpanel address. Either you must've solved it or your browser must have a very high security setting. It doesn't exactly take much to view a cpanel login really so I'm not really sure why it doesn't work on your computer. Sorry if i can't help but if the problem persists, try using a different browser or you could access your website using ftp at the mean time.

I went to the cPanel Login page also, carefully ready your email and make sure you enter the correct username and password since the are case sensitive, that should have been in an e-mail they sent when you first signed up for an account.

It should contain the infomation for your username and password as well as how to use ftp to upload files and folders to your account, you probably entered either the username or password incorrectly or both.

.Solitude,

if your address is http://unplugged.astahost.com, then your cPanel address should be (and have been) http://unplugged.astahost.com/cpanel. Did you type that in exactly? If so, and it still gave you a 404 page, you either have your security settings too high, or cPanel was down at the time.

Please try again; if the problems persist, PM an Admin or contact Astahost Support.

In any case, we apolgize for the inconvenience.

If you want www.besths.astahost.com, you would have to setup a subdomain that is called www.

You are already setup as using a subdomain, and when calling www.best.... you are telling the server at the bottom end that you are looing for a subdomain called www.....

I do not understand this language: Your midPhase control panel account is already setup. You can use this to create e-mail accounts at your domain name, and more.
How do I copy and paste the CPanel Address: 67.212.163.34/cpanel/ ???
