Its been awhile since I access my account through cpanel, because I usually use dreamweaver to upload all my files directly to the host. But as I try to access my cpanel, I go to a broken link. Can someone confirm that this is the address to cpanel?

yoursite.com/cpanel...mines for example would be:

https://www.hp2001.astahost.com/cpanel

Oh yea its been like this for the past month, whenever I tried to access my account.

But I cant seem to get to it...whoever gets the chance to help me, could you tell me how to find resolution to this problem. thanks in advance.

Interesting.. I can't access the cPanel from that address, either, but it works when you exclude the www prefix. So, try this address: http://hp2001.astahost.com/cpanel/

Yes, and I access mine even without the http:// part, I simply type mysite.astahost.com/cpanel

@yordan: Dude, that it is the very first an advanced internet surfer lerns. Most modern browsers auto-add the http:// of course because it is the standard protocol on the web.

Alternatively you could use yourpage.astahost.com:2083, because this is the cpanel port. I use this one, because I'm lazy when it comes to typing...
By the way, because it is a special port, you can't access it from many school servers.

Good luck, Ruben

Yes, and most of proxies also add the www part, and, unfortunately, the www part makes it unreachable.
