I meant site with best layout .. best graphics not structure wise and not visiotr wise just put the addreses of sites which u LIke Most because of there templates,layout and desgining only HTML

most sites that contains either photoshop or psp tutorials are those sites which has very good graphic layout.

It surprises me that you say you know HTML. Alot. To make a page at least half decent, you'll need CSS. Without it, don't even try.
