"Envy" is an application for Ubuntu Linux and Debian, written in Python and PyGTK, which will detect the model of your graphic card (ATI and Nvidia cards are supported) and install the correct drivers.

On that note...any idea why my Kubuntu Edgy system will randomly replace my xorg.conf with one generated by dpkg-reconfigure??? It's driven me so far up a ****ing wall that I have a script in my /etc/init.d/local that diff's my xorg against a backup in my home directory and copies it over before I even log in.
It's really frustrating... |
