I've just rebuild my site. And now, I need visitors + members. Do you know any GOOD link exchange programs, please tell me. Please just list the programs that you know quite well.

I actually tried looking for one myself a while back. What I found was GotLinks. I think I got the information here...might be from m^e or one of the other admins/mods. I haven't tried this out myself yet (not fully) since I don't have the time to do so. But basically you have to create a code on their site and put it on your webpage. Then link to it. Then the link exchange kicks in...

why don't you just submit your site to a search engine, I think that might help
